Summitlex E-commerce Payment Terms and Conditions (Uganda)

Thank you for shopping at Summitlex E-commerce! These Payment Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the rules and regulations governing the use of our online payment system for all purchases made on our website ("Summitlex").

1. Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• Debit Cards (if supported by your bank)
• Mobile Wallets (Airtel, mtn)
• Cash on delivery

2. Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely through a trusted third-party payment processor.
• We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your chosen payment method to cover the total cost of your purchase.

3. Currency

All prices on the Website are displayed in three currencies, Ugandan Shillings (UGX) , EURO and Dollar. Your bank or payment processor may apply additional conversion fees if your billing currency differs.

4. Taxes

All applicable taxes are calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your shipping location.

5. Order Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email containing details of your purchase. Please review the confirmation for accuracy and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge before it ships. To cancel an order, please go to your pending orders and cancel any of your choice or contact us via email at summitlex@summittechworld.com with your order number in the subject line. We will process your cancellation request and confirm its status via email.

7. Refunds

We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee on all unused and unopened products. To be eligible for a refund, please return the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached. You are responsible for any return shipping costs.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Please allow 4 business days for your refund to be processed.

8. Return Policy

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at summitlex@summittechworld.com within 4 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item(s).

Items that are not eligible for return include:

• Used or opened items
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Items damaged due to customer negligence

9. Chargebacks

We strive to resolve any payment-related issues promptly and amicably. If you believe there has been an unauthorized charge on your account, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to investigate the issue and resolve it accordingly.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda.
